Anforderungen
- •Degree in business administration, MINT, or comparable
- •Strong understanding of HR controlling and processes
- •Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- •Strong analytical mindset and independent analysis
- •Experience in international initiatives and projects
- •Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- •Expert level Excel and BI dashboarding
- •Very good German and English skills

- •Manage workforce planning across all horizons
- •Ensure proactive and efficient resource management
- •Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
- •Calculate and post personnel provisions
- •Present financial results to external auditors
- •Analyze and evaluate HR KPIs
- •Provide strategic recommendations to management
- •Optimize HR data quality and reporting
- •Coordinate with international sales organizations
- •Integrate acquired companies into global reporting
- •Liaise with external service providers for data
- •Advise stakeholders on personnel-related KPIs
- •Lead sub-projects for HR KPI development
- •Support onboarding and integration of M&A entities
