Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology, science, or engineering
- •Proven experience in implementing Quality Management Systems
- •Experience in developing and maintaining QA documentation
- •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA operations with HACCP and PRP development
- •Auditing skills (lead or internal auditor certificate for GFSI or ISO certification schemes)
- •Fluent English skills and strong soft skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive working style

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support international METRO entities in implementing Global Quality Assurance standards
- •Provide training on applicable QA standards to QA teams and stakeholders
- •Develop technical manuals to assist in implementing standard requirements
- •Review and update QA documents and procedures for Multichannel operations
- •Enhance QA features in operational IT tools to facilitate QA implementation
- •Contribute to integrating newly acquired Food Service Distribution companies into METRO's Quality Management System
- •Manage the QA workstream during the post-merger integration process
- •Conduct risk assessments and annual Quality Audits of Logistic Service Providers
- •Ensure closure of non-conformities identified by Logistic Service Providers
- •Assist in investigating internal claims and complaints regarding products from Logistic Service Providers
- •Support the development of a Quality Management System for Marketplace/E-commerce
- •Create and review QA documentation for Hard Franchise business
