Head of QA Operations Governance(m/w/x)

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the Quality Management System across METRO by leading assessments and ensuring compliance with QA standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include training assessors, reporting results, and supporting operational activities to achieve quality objectives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor/Master’s Degree in food technology, science, or engineering
• •Minimum 7 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in retail/wholesale or production companies
• •Minimum 3 years in a leadership position in retail/wholesale or production companies
• •Experience in auditing as internal or external auditor
• •Experience in project management in different areas in QA
• •Excellent technical and practical knowledge in HACCP, PRPs, Food Quality and Safety
• •Lead or Internal auditor certification
• •Excellent knowledge on the METRO QA requirements and application
• •Ability to see the global picture and relevance of quality
• •Quick, good and strong comprehension
• •Strong ability to work cross functionally
• •Excellent project management skills
• •Excellent English communication skills – spoken, written, presentation
• •Strong team orientation and intercultural sensitivity
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including report and business writing
• •Good presentation skills - Develop and present PowerPoint presentations to senior management
