  • •Drive strategic initiatives for sustainable sales growth
  • •Increase profitability for the Mobility & Specialties unit
  • •Hold full P&L responsibility for the business unit
  • •Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for senior managers
  • •Motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams across the unit
  • •Foster high performance, engagement, and a collaborative culture
  • •Serve as a C-level leader on the NEVEON Executive Committee
  • •Shape strategy and lead transformation at NEVEON
