In this role, you will partner with the Head of Technology Unit to drive key initiatives, manage critical projects, and enhance collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced academic degree (PhD or Master) in Pharmacy, Technology Management, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
• •Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or technology industries
• •Strong background in strategic planning and business operations
• •Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
• •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and execute tasks efficiently
• •Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate
• •Familiarity with technology trends in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• •Strong executive presence with ability to drive change and inspire teams
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and verbal
