Anforderungen
- •Experience in event operations, brand activation, or project coordination
- •Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- •Strong Swiss German ex-retail partners network
- •Proficiency in German, English, and ideally French

- •Support the management of activations across festivals and HoReCa
- •Coordinate creative concepts and logistics with agency partners
- •Build a professional network within the events ecosystem
- •Identify and secure high-quality activation opportunities
- •Support partnership negotiations and ensure compliance with standards
- •Manage administrative processes including POs and invoices
- •Supervise on-site implementation of brand activations
- •Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback on events
- •Monitor activation performance and track engagement metrics
- •Provide analytical insights for post-event evaluations
- •Propose new ideas to improve consumer engagement
