  • •Support setup and maintenance of event structure on B2Match
  • •Monitor sign-ups and manage registration
  • •Handle user questions and troubleshoot basic issues
  • •Assist with approval and changes as needed
  • •Coordinate with the Platform Management Lead for updates
  • •Ensure platform information aligns with content and communication teams
  • •Help coordinate platform administrators for a user-friendly experience
  • •Prepare on-site event logistics, including participant flows and check-in processes
  • •Plan materials, signage, and basic operations
  • •Assist with on-site coordination during event days
  • •Provide participant support during the event
