- •Foster relationships with employee representatives
- •Liaise between leadership and EWC representatives
- •Manage information and consultation for transnational projects
- •Lead EWC Charter negotiations and updates
- •Harmonize EWC practices across the organization
- •Organize and facilitate plenary and extraordinary meetings
- •Oversee transparent EWC member election processes
- •Coordinate translation, training, and operational costs
- •Implement collective bargaining and dispute resolution strategies
- •Advise leadership on labor agreement implications
- •Partner with HR and Legal on coordination
- •Govern negotiation strategies with unions
- •Educate senior management on EWC processes
- •Monitor legislative changes and assess operational impact
- •Mitigate non-compliance risks and legal challenges
