- •Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and best practices

- •Address ad-hoc questions on ethics topics
- •Provide guidance on ethics-related issues
- •Analyze key metrics for Ethics & Integrity
- •Create dashboards and perform data analytics
- •Identify trends and analyze previous cases
- •Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology
- •Develop and enhance Ethics & Integrity training materials
- •Facilitate training sessions as needed
- •Ensure quality assurance for Ethics & Integrity cases
- •Maintain consistency and fairness in investigations
- •Mentor and support local co-workers in investigative skills
