Anforderungen
- •Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent technical background
- •Experience with power automation framework - middleware
- •Hands-on experience with global ERP systems
- •Understanding of relational data models and data migration methodologies
- •Experience with system administration, configuration, or enterprise application support
- •Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
- •Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
- •Business fluent English; German is an advantage
- •Experience with workflow engines, integration frameworks, or automation tools within the INFOR ecosystem
- •Familiarity with identity/access management concepts and security controls

- •Support global ERP rollout
- •Assist with functional and technical testing
- •Execute test cases and analyze defects
- •Coordinate with external consultants
- •Contribute to interface setup and integrations
- •Troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems
- •Prepare and cleanse master and transactional data
- •Structure data for migration using data loader or ETL tools
- •Execute migration cycles and validate data accuracy
- •Resolve transformation and mapping issues
- •Monitor ongoing system operations
- •Perform environment patching and version updates
- •Maintain detailed technical documentation
- •Document configurations, data structures, and workflows
- •Produce internal technical guides and release notes
- •Administer user accounts and permissions in the ERP
- •Configure and optimize workflows and automation rules
- •Analyze system usage and implement enhancements
- •Provide L1/L2 technical support for incidents
- •Conduct root-cause analysis and issue replication
