Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- •Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or related production and technology
- •Proven leadership experience in a multinational or matrix environment
- •In-depth knowledge of EHS and cGMP standards
- •Solid understanding of legal frameworks and regulations
- •Fluent in English and German
- •Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve business risks
- •Confident, determined, and cooperative working style

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and develop an efficient engineering organization aligned with GSK's goals
- •Optimize business processes within the engineering department and cross-functional teams
- •Oversee technical outsourcing processes, service contracts, and resource allocation
- •Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution
- •Review and evaluate technical projects, participating in approval processes
- •Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory standards (cGMP, EHSS)
- •Implement standardized engineering processes, documents, and tools
- •Support global engineering initiatives and promote the exchange of best practices
- •Fulfill delegated responsibilities according to German law and the Marburg DH matrix
- •Promote site-wide risk management and continuous improvements
