Anforderungen
- •Degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline
- •5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development, lean production or factory planning
- •Experience with a PLM system in a real product environment
- •Comfort with enabling others through training sessions or documentation
- •Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate on BOMs
- •Assertiveness and relationship-driven stakeholder management
- •Independent and proactive problem-solving skills
- •Effective communication in English across all organizational levels
