Anforderungen

•Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field
•Minimum 2-3 years solid process integration experience
•Knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
•Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools
•Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics
•Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to work effectively with teams in Europe, Asia, and USA
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
•Fluency in English Language – written & verbal (C1)
•Basic understanding of German language or willingness to learn
•Experience with Fab transfer and fab process matching

•Develop next-generation high-performance power technologies
•Qualify FEOL or BEOL process modules
•Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
•Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
•Coordinate with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
•Interface with internal and external foundry customers
•Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
