Anforderungen
- •Law degree
- •5+ years of legal experience, preferably with some in-house experience in an international environment
- •Fluency in English, Italian, and/or Spanish
- •Ability to manage legal risks and resolve disputes using both legal and non-legal skills
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to collaborate and build relationships across various organizational levels
- •Independent, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
- •Strong investigative, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

- •Support the employment law function in EMEA
- •Provide legal guidance on individual employment cases
- •Monitor statutory developments in employment law
- •Incorporate feedback from outside counsel and consultants
- •Advise on escalated employee relations matters
- •Assist with recruiting and hiring processes
- •Manage performance management issues
- •Support workforce restructuring initiatives
- •Address compensation and benefits queries
- •Facilitate accommodations and leaves of absence
- •Promote inclusion and diversity programs
- •Manage contingent workforce issues
- •Assist in employment litigation and pre-litigation matters
- •Collaborate with HR Compliance on policy development
- •Draft and revise employment-related documents
- •Work with HRBPs on performance management and investigations
- •Support internal investigations and draft reports
- •Contribute to training and education programs
- •Monitor legal and legislative developments for compliance
- •Partner with HR teams to ensure compliant policies
