- •Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Design
- •At least 7 to 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related fields
- •Strong ability to oversee complex creative and operational projects
- •Deep understanding of brand identity and visual coherence
- •Comfortable working across departments and with external partners
