Anforderungen
- •Passion for technology
- •Ongoing studies in IT or related field
- •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and iOS
- •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- •Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, or Jira
- •Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies
- •Using AI-based assistants or productivity tools
- •Basic understanding of AI systems

- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

- •Act as a contact person in the helpdesk
- •Support colleagues onsite and remotely
- •Handle support tickets and requests via Slack and Jira
- •Prepare notebooks and accessories like headsets
- •Ensure all equipment works correctly
- •Communicate with manufacturers and dealers for warranty cases
- •Prepare technical onboarding for new employees
- •Provide technical support at internal events
