Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing
- •Significant B2B growth, demand generation, or marketing automation experience
- •Strong understanding of technical or industrial markets with complex design-in cycles
- •Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- •Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- •Fluency in English both written and verbal
- •Knowledge of adhesives, bonding, advanced materials, assembly technologies, and/or automation and robotics integration
- •Additional common European languages advantageous
- •Willingness to travel up to 25% domestic/international

- •Lead end-user pull campaigns targeting Design, Material, and Process Engineers
- •Drive awareness, engagement, and demand for the Bonding Continuum
- •Collaborate on marketing plan execution with global and local stakeholders
- •Execute targeted prospecting for key growth segments and new product introductions
- •Manage marketing automation and lead management processes
- •Improve lead-to-revenue alignment by enhancing MQL, SQL, and conversion rates
- •Scope, assess, and deploy AI-driven marketing and sales automation solutions
- •Modernize workflows and enhance customer engagement through new martech solutions
