Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in ecommerce, omni-channel operations, or retail logistics
- •Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, inventory, and order management systems
- •Proven track record of driving KPI improvements and operational efficiency
- •Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organisations
- •Skilled in analysing data, validating results, and translating insights into action
- •Excellent project and time management capabilities
- •Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- •Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change through collaboration and data
- •Service-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
- •Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- •Passionate about the Levi’s® brand and excited to contribute to our customer-first, digitally enabled future

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage daily ecommerce operations across warehouse and retail fulfilment channels
- •Oversee omni-channel flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery
- •Drive performance across service, cost, and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
- •Monitor and optimise KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfilment efficiency
- •Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for growth and cost control
- •Collaborate with Logistics, Retail, and Transport teams on network strategy and capacity planning
- •Design and maintain the omni-channel operating model for integration between stores and ecommerce
- •Partner with IT and Global Project Teams to implement and maintain backend systems and tools
- •Lead cross-functional collaboration to align fulfilment operations with customer experience goals
- •Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- •Train and support internal teams on best practices and new systems
- •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and operational excellence
