Anforderungen

  • Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AML B1, B2, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or education
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation maintenance training
  • Willingness and flexibility to deliver training worldwide
  • Self-motivation and independence
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Proven experience in technical instruction and certified as a technical trainer
  • Skilled in instructional design and learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and cultural contexts
  • Open-mindedness and proactivity
  • Adaptability to change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in German and English (minimum Level C1)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as a role model for a Generative Safety Culture
  • Promote and uphold a positive Quality Culture
  • Implement and improve the Safety Management System
  • Lead daily operations of the training organization
  • Manage and support the instructor and administration teams
  • Drive continuous improvement projects
  • Communicate with aviation authorities and customer quality departments
  • Lead digitalization and automation of administrative processes
  • Maintain up-to-date data and KPIs in ERP MINT
  • Develop the qualification portfolio of instructors
  • Ensure product compliance and readiness for sales support
  • Provide expert advice on training and education matters
  • Design and maintain training concepts for evolving needs
  • Serve as an Instructor for Initial Safety Training
  • Deliver engaging training using modern instructional methods
  • Prepare and manage training materials and resources
  • Integrate new technologies to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Set learning objectives and track individual progress
  • Ensure accurate documentation for each course
  • Maintain training materials in compliance with regulations
  • Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to training development
  • Commit to continuous professional growth and qualifications
