Anforderungen
- •Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AML B1, B2, or equivalent)
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or education
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation maintenance training
- •Willingness and flexibility to deliver training worldwide
- •Self-motivation and independence
- •Strong organizational and operational skills
- •Proven experience in technical instruction and certified as a technical trainer
- •Skilled in instructional design and learning methodologies
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and cultural contexts
- •Open-mindedness and proactivity
- •Adaptability to change and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Proficiency in German and English (minimum Level C1)

- •Act as a role model for a Generative Safety Culture
- •Promote and uphold a positive Quality Culture
- •Implement and improve the Safety Management System
- •Lead daily operations of the training organization
- •Manage and support the instructor and administration teams
- •Drive continuous improvement projects
- •Communicate with aviation authorities and customer quality departments
- •Lead digitalization and automation of administrative processes
- •Maintain up-to-date data and KPIs in ERP MINT
- •Develop the qualification portfolio of instructors
- •Ensure product compliance and readiness for sales support
- •Provide expert advice on training and education matters
- •Design and maintain training concepts for evolving needs
- •Serve as an Instructor for Initial Safety Training
- •Deliver engaging training using modern instructional methods
- •Prepare and manage training materials and resources
- •Integrate new technologies to enhance learning effectiveness
- •Set learning objectives and track individual progress
- •Ensure accurate documentation for each course
- •Maintain training materials in compliance with regulations
- •Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to training development
- •Commit to continuous professional growth and qualifications
