Anforderungen
- •Certification as a Technician (AML B1, B2, or equivalent)
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Education
- •Minimum 5 years in aviation maintenance or similar field
- •Availability to conduct training worldwide and readiness to travel regularly
- •Self-motivation and independence with excellent organizational skills
- •Proven experience in technical teaching and certification as a technical trainer
- •Skill in instructional design and people learning principles
- •Exceptional communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences and cultures
- •Openness to new ideas and adapting to changing circumstances
- •Proficiency in German and English, minimum Level B2, C1 preferred

- •Act as a key member of the Training Services Team
- •Conduct training courses in compliance with aviation authority regulations
- •Serve as an instructor, examiner, practical trainer, and assessor
- •Create and develop learning content for the product development team
- •Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in training projects
- •Promote a Generative Safety Culture
- •Ensure active communication and adherence to the Quality Policy
- •Implement and improve the Safety Management System
- •Deliver high-quality, cost-effective training using diverse instructional methods
- •Prepare and manage training materials for theoretical and practical sessions
- •Utilize the latest technologies to enhance instructional support
- •Set clear learning objectives and monitor student progress
- •Foster a supportive learning environment
- •Provide comprehensive data for training course administration
- •Maintain and update documentation per aviation regulations
- •Contribute to technical content precision in training product development
- •Commit to continuous professional growth and competency expansion
