Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, early career program management, or HR-related fields
- •Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with ATS platforms (Workday is strongly preferred)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, and Outlook)
- •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- •Ability to plan and execute events, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally
- •Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship

- •Design and execute learning opportunities for participants
- •Maintain a programming calendar for events and initiatives

- •Lead training sessions for managers and program participants
- •Manage recruitment processes and build relationships with institutions
- •Create communication strategies for new hires
- •Ensure seamless onboarding processes with relevant teams
- •Facilitate compliance with recruitment regulations
- •Design surveys to measure program effectiveness
- •Analyze feedback to generate actionable insights
- •Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- •Provide guidance on career development to participants
- •Build relationships with stakeholders for participant success
- •Plan and host networking events outside standard hours
