Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field
- •1+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations
- •International trade knowledge or Retail customer service experience
- •Fluent English and other European language skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- •ERP systems knowledge (desired)
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building
- •Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Ability to work independently

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage customer requests via Zendesk
- •Solve distributor problems autonomously and proactively
- •Liaise between distributors, sales, and logistics
- •Develop and implement customer service processes
- •Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments
- •Create payment plans and manage credit notes
- •Oversee order entry and tracking processes
- •Communicate product availability and shipping updates
- •Provide bi-weekly status reports to distributors
- •Maintain accurate order information in M3
- •Manage international production orders through delivery
- •Communicate seasonal and sample order calendars
- •Resolve order discrepancies and guideline issues
- •Upload customer orders to the ERP system
- •Coordinate country-specific labeling and shipping instructions
- •Maintain and reschedule the orderbook as needed
- •Release and invoice orders with logistics teams
- •Process fill-in product requests from warehouses
