- •Graduate degree in a scientific, medical, or relevant business discipline
- •At least 10 years of work experience in alliance management, CRO, vendor management, or equivalent experience in clinical outsourcing and pricing analysis
- •Fluency in spoken and written English
- •Strong expertise in contract negotiations and issue resolution
- •Knowledge of clinical operations functions and drug development processes
- •Substantial managerial and cross-functional leadership experience
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
- •Proven adaptability, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
- •Demonstrated agility in responding to changing circumstances and priorities
- •Strategic thinking capabilities to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency
- •Resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on objectives
