Anforderungen
- •University degree (MSc or equivalent) in biology, (bio-)process engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering sciences, or comparable field
- •Min. 7 years of experience in a strategic leadership role
- •Strong knowledge of vaccine production and regulatory requirements (GMP)
- •Proven skills in stakeholder and change management
- •Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written

- •Ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements
- •Plan capacity and resources effectively

- •Review and approve batch documentation
- •Maintain responsibility for manufacturing instructions and SOPs
- •Promote a high-performance corporate culture
