Anforderungen

  • 15+ years in enterprise sales, sales strategy, sales operations, or GTM leadership roles
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional or regional teams
  • Proven success driving transformation and growth in a matrixed environment
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales strategy, operational frameworks, and enterprise GTM models
  • Strong experience leading strategic planning, sales transformation, and performance management at scale
  • Domain knowledge in Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling complex account strategies
  • Experience with financial modeling, segmentation strategies, and sales forecasting
  • Familiarity with customer success motions and recurring revenue models
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus in complex environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-level audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong execution discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field required
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred

  • Drive execution of sales acceleration programs
  • Lead sales operating cadence, including QBRs and pipeline reviews
  • Enhance strategic account engagement and whitespace upsell
  • Monitor regional sales performance and implement improvements
  • Advise VPs on growth strategies and sales performance optimization
  • Lead planning cycles with Sales Operations and Strategy teams
  • Accelerate GTM transformation through enablement and new sales motions
  • Align value proposition development with Marketing and Alliances teams
  • Assess and evolve sales processes and tools for efficiency
  • Drive continuous process improvement to reduce complexity
  • Oversee adoption of sales technologies and enablement platforms
  • Partner with various teams for end-to-end program execution
  • Influence in a matrixed, multicultural environment
  • Communicate with leadership and sales communities for alignment
  • Champion customer-centric initiatives for revenue growth
  • Leverage data to ensure customer value across their lifecycle
  • Improve coverage models for tailored customer experiences
  • Design and track incentive structures for desired sales outcomes
