- •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •10+ years of experience in regulatory/compliance engineering
- •Deep knowledge of UL certification processes and IEC/EN EMC standards
- •Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- •Ability to manage end-to-end compliance activities independently
- •Professional certifications in product safety or compliance
- •Experience with building automation or HVAC control systems
- •Familiarity with CE, UKCA, and global certification schemes

- •Drive global compliance and certification programs
- •Develop and implement best practices for regulatory engineering

- •Oversee compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- •Act as the subject matter expert for UL, IEC/EN EMC standards, and international certifications
