•10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams
•Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration
•Strong analytical skills and energy modeling experience
•Passion for sustainability and technology-driven transformation
•Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master’s preferred)
