- •20+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, and software systems
- •Technical depth and organizational strategic capability
- •Strong mentoring skills and leadership capacity building
- •Experience managing managers and leading multi-layered teams

- •Own the technical vision and roadmap for detection models
- •Lead and scale the Detectors Group from 15 to approximately 30 members
- •Manage and develop engineering managers and senior individual contributors
- •Mentor senior leaders and individual contributors to enhance technical excellence
- •Collaborate with Product, Research, GTM, and Engineering teams to align detection capabilities
- •Drive architectural and modeling decisions for production defenses
- •Ensure model quality, reliability, latency, and scalability in customer deployments
- •Establish technical and operational processes for experimentation and deployment
- •Design the organization to support rapid growth while maintaining execution speed
