Anforderungen
- •Degree in economics, human resources management, or law
- •Several years of professional and leadership experience in HR
- •Experience with employee representatives and negotiating works agreements
- •Experience managing HR projects and applying collective bargaining agreements
- •Very good knowledge of labor law
- •Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- •Strong communication and leadership skills
- •Confident manner at all hierarchical levels and pragmatic mentality
- •Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- •Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee Human Resources at the Weingarten and Stuttgart sites
- •Manage payroll and training programs
- •Lead HR teams at Weingarten and Stuttgart, and the Head of HR at Herbold Meckesheim
- •Ensure efficient HR processes and develop effective HR solutions
- •Advise and support management on HR matters
- •Collaborate with employee representatives and negotiate works agreements
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- •Plan workforce needs and execute succession planning
- •Participate in and manage HR projects
- •Prepare regular reports and analyze HR key figures
