Anforderungen
- •University degree in business, finance, or related field
- •Extensive experience in GRC, internal/external audit, controlling, or finance within an international environment
- •Proven disciplinary leadership experience of international and intercultural teams
- •Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and regulatory requirements related to governance, risk, and compliance
- •Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- •Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and modern GRC/internal controls tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee Governance, Risk & Compliance across the Webasto Group
- •Lead and strategically develop an international team reporting to the CFO
- •Design and implement the Group-wide Internal Control System (ICS)
- •Monitor the effectiveness of the Internal Control System
- •Manage internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
- •Report on risk, ICS, audit, and compliance matters to the Management Board
- •Act as the central interface for internal and external auditors
- •Ensure Data Protection compliance across the Webasto Group
- •Advise business functions on GDPR compliance
- •Monitor relevant processes and liaise with supervisory authorities
