•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field
•Proven international leadership background in business transformation
•Deep knowledge of process design, re-engineering, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA / CX Suite programs
•Track record of building and leading high-performing multicultural teams
•Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable initiatives
