Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- •8–12 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, or transformation roles
- •Strong knowledge of core Finance processes relevant to GBS
- •Proven experience in SSC/GBS setup, process harmonization, and cross-functional coordination
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- •Willingness to travel internationally (~20–30%)
- •Travel internationally (~20–30%) to support GBS setup, workshops, and stakeholder engagement

- •Lead the setup and stabilization of the Eastern European GBS pilot
- •Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external consultants
- •Drive process mapping and harmonization initiatives
- •Optimize efficiency for transitioned processes within the GBS environment
- •Champion standardization and automation of AP, AR, and T&E processes
- •Expand automation into additional finance processes as GBS evolves
- •Co-develop Magna’s Finance GBS strategy, including location planning and service scope
- •Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders to align systems and processes
- •Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance frameworks for GBS operations
- •Lead change management and communication initiatives across GBS locations
