Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or Law
- •Minimum 20 years of international working experience with at least 10 years at a senior executive level
- •Proven experience in political lobbying and advocacy
- •In-depth knowledge of IATA and governmental and legal affairs related to the air industry
- •Proven communication skills and ability to speak authoritatively and persuasively
- •Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
- •Policy analysis and strategic thinking
- •Outstanding leadership and management experience in a high-pressure, multicultural environment
- •Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- •Fluency in English and at least one other language
