Anforderungen
- •Relevant higher education
- •10+ years of professional experience in relevant field
- •Deep understanding of integrated ERP systems
- •Deep understanding in multiple SAP ERP modules
- •Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Experience in GxP and SOX404 regulations
- •Deep understanding of large-scale business transformations and ERP programs
- •Experience in leading highly skilled people and/or leaders
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the ERP Applications team in developing and implementing solution architectures
- •Own the strategy for the ERP Applications IT unit to align with organizational goals
- •Oversee the design and execution of end-to-end SAP ERP integration processes
- •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- •Develop and manage the budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
- •Act as the key contact for Senior Management and handle escalations
- •Steer the development of the ERP systems roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- •Ensure systems are scalable and flexible to meet organizational needs
- •Serve as a key contact during SAP ERP audits, ensuring compliance with IT, SOX404, and GxP
- •Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors supporting ERP systems
- •Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
