Anforderungen

•Degree in life sciences or healthcare-related discipline
•Minimum of 8–12 years in a GCP-regulated environment
•Proven track record in GCP readiness activities and inspections
•Extensive background in conducting GCP audits
•Strong proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Vault
•Highly organized, pragmatic, and detail-oriented
•Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous

•Plan and conduct internal system/process audits
•Report on audit findings and follow up on actions
•Conduct external audits of vendors and investigator sites
•Coordinate regulatory GCP inspections
•Host inspection activities and address related requests
•Provide GCP expertise and guidance
•Identify and assess quality-related risks and trends
•Communicate improvement opportunities and mitigation activities
•Manage GCP deviations and CAPA processes
