Anforderungen

•Engineering degree with a focus on manufacturing or automation technologies
•10+ years of experience in implementing advanced manufacturing and automation strategies
•5+ years in a leadership role
•Strong expertise in robotics, process optimization, lean manufacturing and digital manufacturing systems
•Strategic, analytical, and highly driven to achieve operational excellence
•Strong global leadership and communication skills
•Ability to manage cross-functional teams and provide clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership
•Fluency in English with strong communication skills across technical and executive levels

•Build and maintain a pipeline of cost savings through VAVE initiatives
•Ensure new product designs comply with design-for-manufacturing principles
