- •Proven track record in delivery of complex large scale programs
- •Experience working with large scale multi-functional teams
- •Proven customer and stakeholder management skills

- •Excellent organisational skills and anticipation of customer needs

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage a team of PMO and Delivery professionals
- •Implement Open RAN deployments across multiple sites and customers
- •Support recruitment and strategic development
- •Train, mentor, and develop PMO & Delivery talent
- •Establish program management standards and tools
- •Collaborate with Sales, RnD, DevOps, RAN/RF Engineering, and Operations
- •Plan, budget, and allocate staff for multiple programs
- •Establish governance and engage key team members
- •Deliver results within cost and schedule targets
- •Create and manage program plans throughout the delivery lifecycle
- •Control changes and identify dependencies, risks, and issues
- •Apply gated program processes and support product development gates
- •Build and maintain relationships with customers up to CxO level
- •Define end-to-end program deliverables and timelines with customers
- •Ensure communication of program achievements with key team members
- •Develop and manage delivery process and procedures
- •Provide regular internal and customer reporting on program progress
- •Oversee program governance and review meetings
- •Manage program RACI and communicate updates
- •Monitor Program Key Performance Indicators and manage risks
- •Handle program resource planning for effective delivery
- •Coordinate planning activities with Samsung RnD in Suwon
- •Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- •Analyze and report on activities, risks, and successes
- •Ensure adherence to program milestones and quality delivery
