- •Familiarity with SerDes architectures and associated analog circuits
- •Knowledge of digital and analog design flows
- •Proficient debug skills
- •Strong communication skills
- •Team building and leadership skills
- •Experience working with cross-functional teams
- •Proficient at digital design using Verilog and/or VHDL
- •Proficient at writing algorithms for digital control of analog training functions
- •10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- •Experience with decomposing and partitioning specifications between analog and digital domains
- •Experience leading and working with teams across different geographical sites
- •Experience representing the design team and presenting to customers
- •Experience writing specifications at the chip and block levels
- •Experience writing interface specifications for interfaces external and internal to the chip
- •Proven experience with SerDes system architectures and ecosystems
- •Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or higher

- •Write and own specifications for chip, block, and interface levels
- •Participate in standards bodies and represent company interests

- •Review and approve deviations from architecture specifications
