Anforderungen

•University degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Life Sciences or related field
•Minimum of 10 years related experience in pharmaceutical and digital health industry
•Track record of writing compelling publications in high impact, peer reviewed journals
•Proven experience with senior stakeholder management and external collaborations
•Deep scientific product management experience in large Pharma or Medtech company
•Deep experience in sensor data and digital biomarker development
•Experience leading in matrix setup with strengths in coaching and fostering collaboration
•Transparent communicator with effective empowering leadership
•Previous clinical experience in chronic disease management and Neuroscience
•Comprehensive understanding of drug development for Parkinson's and Huntington's Disease
•In-depth knowledge of clinical endpoint landscape and challenges in Parkinson's and Huntington's Disease
•Overview of existing digital biomarker approaches for these diseases
•Experience with developing digital outcome measures
•FDA/EMA regulatory interactions or regulatory consortias regarding clinical drug development

•Act as scientific product owner for digital biomarker solutions
•Oversee scientific product research and development
•Lead interdisciplinary project teams to implement digital biomarker solutions
•Drive regulatory strategy for digital endpoint endorsement
•Promote acceptance of digital measures within the scientific community
•Develop core scientific messages for product marketing
•Represent Roche in pre-sales conversations on digital products
•Co-author high-profile scientific publications and posters
•Represent Roche at relevant conferences

•Drive clinical use scenarios based on sensor measurements
