Anforderungen
- •Experience in systems design and installation or airframe design
- •Experience with design processes, methods, and tools (2D/3D CAD, PLM, config tools), especially with CATIA workbench for EWIS physical design (V5 and CATIA 3DX)
- •Educated Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics, aviation, or mechanical
- •5+ years professional expertise in aircraft development and system installation or airframe design
- •Good knowledge about airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials
- •Ability to prioritise, manage, and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
- •Product development experience of several aircraft programmes
- •Good presenting, communication, and leadership skills
- •Good knowledge on harness routing and installation rules advantageous and familiarity with a 3D harness routing tool
- •Knowledge about manufacturing drawings
- •CATIA, 3D Experience
- •Educated Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc) in Aeronautics

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and install electrical aircraft systems and harnesses
- •Allocate space for equipment and define harness routings
- •Define physical interfaces between systems and structures
- •Create interface control documents (ICDs)
- •Develop configured product breakdown structures
- •Create and release manufacturing data, including 3D models in CATIA
- •Generate drawings and bills of materials for detail parts and sub-assemblies
- •Coordinate design efforts with all involved parties
- •Support the verification and validation (V&V) process and requirements management
- •Plan and execute activities according to the overall program schedule
