•Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial design, or electrical engineering
•Some first professional experience in product development or the lighting industry
•Knowledge of production technologies and 3D CAD modeling
•Independent, solution-oriented working style and team-player mentality
•Very good command of English; German is a plus
