Demand and Supply Management Coordinator(m/w/x)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping demand and supply strategies by developing long-term plans, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing market data to optimize inventory and enhance customer satisfaction.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
• •Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• •APICS certification preferred
• •CSCMP or comparable supply chain certification a plus
• •Proficiency in demand planning systems (SAP, Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, or similar platforms)
• •Advanced analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI
• •Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
• •Experience in S&OP processes and inventory management
• •Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and project management
• •Experience using Lean business practices and continuous improvement methodologies
• •Experience in life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• •Ability to work in a matrix organization
• •Problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making capability
• •English proficiency required; additional languages a plus
