Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Innovation, or related field
•7-10 years of experience in customer experience
•Agile Project Management experience
•Experience with traditional Project Management Methodologies
•Proven track record of leading multi-geographical digital programs
•Understanding of EMEA customer digital solutions
•Strong knowledge of best practices in customer experience
•Familiarity with market intelligence processes and systems
•Fluency in English in written and spoken communication
•Ideally speak another European language

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop and align Digital Customer Journeys with EMEA RBUs
•Create and execute the EMEA Digital Roadmap
•Identify new digital products
•Enhance existing customer platforms, such as portals and e-commerce
•Identify opportunities to accelerate sales growth, retention, and loyalty
•Optimize digital channels and tools
•Define the vision and strategy for market intelligence
•Establish tools and processes for gathering insights
•Integrate insights into lead generation and digital plans
•Partner with cross-functional RBU Business Management, sales, and marketing teams
•Collaborate with finance and operations teams to increase lead generation and customer acquisition
•Enhance customer loyalty through digital initiatives
•Set and measure KPIs for growth and productivity through digital channels
