Anforderungen

  • •PhD or engineering degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, applied mathematics, physics, or related field
  • •At least 5 years of experience as a senior consultant or engineer in AI and data science
  • •Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI
  • •Good knowledge of TensorFlow, LangChain, Vanna.ai, Dataiku, and LLM models
  • •Entrepreneurial spirit focused on achieving quick tangible results
  • •Ability to work in a team and propose consensual solutions
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Knowledge of French is a plus

  • •Conceptualize and implement AI functions for assigned use cases
  • •Collaborate with internal and external experts on AI initiatives
  • •Advise business units on optimal AI technology usage
  • •Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions
  • •Select and develop relevant AI models for each use case
  • •Choose algorithms based on application needs
  • •Participate in the AI algorithm development cycle
  • •Adapt models to meet business unit constraints
  • •Supervise deployment and ensure scalability of models
  • •Coordinate interactions with software and hardware systems
  • •Design AI-based solutions using Generative AI and LLM architectures
  • •Promote knowledge sharing through workshops and hackathons
  • •Contribute to the internal expert network
  • •Drive change management through training and demonstrations
  • •Support technical offer preparation for AI projects
  • •Identify client needs and propose innovative AI solutions
