Anforderungen
- •Relevant completed degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or vocational training
- •Extensive knowledge and experience in listed tasks
- •Deep understanding of security management frameworks (ISO 2700x, NIST CSF, OT Governance, ISO 31000, EBIOS-RM, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
- •Deep understanding of security technologies, controls, and best practices
- •Ability to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- •Proven extensive experience leading Governance projects and security initiatives
- •Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements across industries (BSI, Export Control, GDPR, NIS2, Defense, EASA Regulations)
- •Exceptional ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Ability to advise customers and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- •Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams
- •German and English: negotiation level mandatory (oral and written)
- •Willingness to travel on business domestically and internationally
- •Security clearance required or must be issued by responsible authorities

- •Lead information security risk assessments
- •Develop security strategies with teams and stakeholders
- •Create corrective actions for complex client projects
- •Implement security policies and procedures organization-wide
- •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations
- •Raise awareness of security policies among employees
- •Train employees on best practices
- •Provide technical guidance to Junior and Senior GRC Consultants
- •Plan and lead large Governance & Compliance consulting projects
- •Document and present consulting results internally and externally
- •Design and deliver training for internal and external customers
- •Improve existing processes and tools with technical experts
- •Advise customers on further support opportunities
- •Prepare bids for small to medium-sized projects
- •Support large project bids and preparations
- •Conduct internal audits for compliance verification
- •Recommend improvements based on audit findings
