Anforderungen
- •Several years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics/BI, and AI modeling
- •Practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), LLM/RAG, pipelines, and production operations
- •Very good knowledge in SQL, Python, Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), and Power BI
- •Proficiency in designing DWH/Lakehouse architectures (Star/Snowflake/Medallion), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), versioning, and monitoring
- •Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- •Mindset characterized by openness, eagerness to experiment, acceptance of failure, and passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
- •Profound knowledge and work experience in data engineering, analytics/BI, and AI modeling
- •Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), LLMs and RAG architectures, scalable pipelines, and production-grade deployment
- •Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, Azure, AI services, and Power BI, complemented by knowledge of open-source tools (Docker, n8n, Grafana, PostgreSQL)
- •Proven ability to design and operate modern DWH and lakehouse architectures, CI/CD capabilities, version control, and monitoring
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to deliver clear data storytelling
- •Senior mindset defined by curiosity, eagerness to experiment, ownership, and passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
