Customer Support Supervisor(m/w/x)

As a Customer Support Supervisor, you will oversee service operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries while managing RMAs and logistics. This role involves collaborating with teams across EMEA and maintaining proactive communication to resolve issues effectively.

• •Knowledge of distribution channels and contracted sales representative relationships
• •Ability to conduct and manage customer meetings
• •Proficiency in SAP Service Operations
• •Service pricing management using SAP contracts and SFDC pricing tools
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
• •Ability to communicate at all levels across the business
• •Displays ability to communicate at all levels across the business
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• •Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• •Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience providing factory service support to Semiconductor, Industrial or Medical sectors
• •Experience creating RMA’s in SAP
• •Experience managing service processes: spare parts, used equipment, conversions, refurbishments, field service
• •Initial leadership experience valued
