Anforderungen

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, presales, or sales of complex enterprise software
  • Understanding of Finance & Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Ability to identify adoption and consumption opportunities
  • Ability to define product performance and deliver supporting materials
  • Expert analytical skills in data reporting and interpretation
  • Interest in designing and implementing scalable customer success programs
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Business acumen to communicate at CxO levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business Administration, or related field
  • Business level English: Fluent
  • Bachelor equivalent: yes, Masters: desired

  • Collaborate with product teams for customer feedback
  • Track and report on adoption metrics and KPIs
  • Support customers through onboarding and expansion
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally
