In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer service and logistics by developing and optimizing system solutions. Daily tasks will involve harmonizing processes, collaborating on system integrations, and ensuring user readiness through training and testing.

Anforderungen

• •Degree with a focus on Business Informatics or comparable qualification
• •Strong understanding of systems and processes in order processing
• •Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially the SD module; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
• •Basic understanding of IT project management; initial professional experience is beneficial
• •Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities
