•Review and maintain customer orders in the ERP system
•Ensure on-time delivery based on confirmed dates and priorities
•Track order status and proactively inform customers of changes

•Coordinate closely with customers on order books and delivery schedules
•Collaborate with internal teams like Production, Logistics, and Finance
